Yes. As an authorized dealer, product purchased through us carries the manufacturer’s standard warranty in full. Buying through an authorized channel is what keeps that coverage intact — and we specify orders to avoid the altitude and installation issues that most often complicate a warranty claim.
What is altitude-correct glazing, and why does it matter here?
Insulated glass units are sealed at the factory’s elevation. Ship a sea-level unit to 5,000+ feet and the pressure differential stresses the seal, which can show up as visible glass distortion or premature seal failure. High-altitude glass packs and capillary tubes are the manufacturer’s answer, and we verify that spec is on the order before it’s placed.
